Pricing questions
Why do you publish prices?
So you can tell early whether we are a fit. Every engagement is still scoped in a written, fixed-fee proposal after a free portfolio review.
Are there long-term contracts?
Website and launch projects are fixed-fee with a defined scope. Monthly programs start with a 90-day initial term, because search and paid programs need that long to produce reliable data, and continue month to month after that.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is billed by Google, Meta or other platforms directly to accounts you own. Our fee covers strategy, setup, management and reporting.
Do you offer packages for portfolios?
Yes. Operators with several buildings or communities get portfolio pricing, because templates, tracking and reporting are built once and reused.
What does the free portfolio review include?
A 30-minute call where we walk through your website, search visibility, Google Business Profiles and tracking, with a short list of the fixes that would matter most. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
